Samantha spent fifteen years as an analytical chemist in environmental forensics, moved into data science, and is now an investigative analyst with the Coast Guard Investigative Service in Washington, DC.
She also volunteers as an investigative genetic genealogist, using DNA and open-source research to help connect families and close cases. She holds an MS in Analytical Chemistry from Colorado School of Mines. Denver native, rugby superfan, dog rescuer, cross-stitcher.
